Its so easy with hindsight to say that was a dangerous tackle yet you see 4 or 5 of those every game. Luka would be sent off every time he plays. Son would need to be clairvoyant to know that challenge would result in a serious injury, it was a bog standard trip. He may not have had regard for the opponent's safety but you could say nobody would ever make a tackle if they thought beforehand "oh hang on, what if he falls awkwardly and breaks something".
