i love the BBC. I've lived outside of Britain for nearly all of the last 13 years. It has helped me appreciate the incredibly high quality of the work they do compared to the TV output in other countries. I'd happily pay a fee as a foreigner to access the TV programs online or through a netflix type account. Revenue for this would in countries where virtually no BBC programming is available be enough to scrap the license fee.
