I can't see any announcement that Wolves are planning to install 5,000 rail seats in the summer?

The problem remains that the government may impose certain restrictions when they finally give the go ahead to safe standing. A figure of 10% of capacity has been floated which would mean we couldn't convert the whole of the LH.
