It’s not like Roy’s the only man who could work under a tight budget, I’m sure there’s quality coaches out there who’d be willing to come to Palace and primarily work with what we already have. But all in all, I’m happy for him to stay. Gets the club, and will keep us comfortably mid table. Really not confident about any pushes for Europe in the foreseeable future tbh, likes of Everton, Wolves, West Ham, you could even argue Bournemouth have so much more spending power/better connections than us. Comfortably mid table, good cracks at the cup, and ideally some kind of long term vision with the squad, investing for the future, not just the present. All this until the new stand comes, and I’m happy.
