Yep, I can accept funds being tight but we had 2 domestic loans plus more overseas we could use and at least some amount of cash available.

We either consciously decided to take a ridiculous risk in not bothering to replace our player of the year and going again with a strike force that has failed to score goals for 2 years - or we were inept at getting deals done and organising our business. We sold Wan-Bissaka wayyy before the window closed.
