38 clubs met the selection criteria and were analysed by KPMG. The top 32 were ranked according to 'Enterprise Value' (profitability, popularity, sporting potential, broadcasting rights and stadium ownership). The 6 runner-ups weren't English clubs.

Guess most of the 12 clubs that didn't meet the criteria were English due to not competing in Europe. What does that have to do with the estimated value of a club though? Makes the list redundant to my mind.
