I’ll probably be doing the same. Was planning on heading to Dulwich, but was a bit slow to realise it might sell out. Refuse to pay Bromley’s ridiculous prices nowadays.

Yep am going and 5 mates
Advised not to go to EDT first but head to ground as two bars but going to ignore and go to ground for 2pm. May regret that!

Excited, not been since pre covid season

That was some volley by Sablier to give Bromley the lead over Torquay.

A cracker into the top right hand corner.
Hard to see Torquay coming back from this.

Kicking off down at Southend, 30 years ago a decent 2nd tier side under Peter Taylor and then Barry Fry.

Stan, Ricky Otto, Chris Powell, tidy outfit

Look on the road to oblivion

I saw a nine-man Southend side get dicked 7-1 at home by Donny Rovers in League One a couple of years back. Sol Campbell had been announced as their manager an hour before kick-off. Even then, they looked to be a side only going one way....

Always good to go to a Non League game when Palace are not playing especially on a nice sunny day.

Went to Horsham today entertaining game on a sunny day and noticed Alan Mullery heading towards his seat in the main stand!

Horsham took the lead after 5 mins and ended up losing 3-1 to Potters Bar!

Attendance was 671 pretty decent crowd for the Isthmian League.

As I couldn't get a Dulwich ticket I went to Tooting&Mitcham v Whitehawk in the FA Trophy.

Entertaining game, T&M lost 1-4. First time I've been back there since Dulwich won their play off final there, felt weird with only 288 there. Only £6 entry with NHS ID. Great stadium.

Big crowds at Worthing for the division.

I was at Hampton & Richmond for the first time. Nice set up there, very friendly. Entertaining 4-2 win over Chelmsford City.
Thinking about going to Kingstonian v Worthing on Wednesday night.

Poor show from Horsham though after the cup win. Never realised Mullery went to see them. Will keep an eye out for him over the next few games and see if I can engage him in conversation!

I went to Bromley v Grimsby a couple of weeks ago, although I’m not sure the national league counts as proper non-league these days, most of the teams are full time professional, even little old Bromley.
But it was a decent game in monsoon conditions, three great strikes from Bromley in their 3-1 win. Grimsby’s only defeat so far. Special mention for the Grimsby fans, 800 odd I believe, for a midweek game is a great turn out at that level. They got soaked as well as losing, bless ‘em, we’ve all been there

Dulwich was a nightmare on Saturday. The stadium can no longer handle the crowds. They had 3,334 there. Talk on their forums about reducing the max capacity to 2-2,500.

that must be a new record attendance!

they should never redeveloped as i believe there have been crowds of over 20 000 for internationals (Olympics?) in the past!
