Why on earth would Potter want to take on a job that seems to be cursed for every taker there has been. If i was to predict as to who i feel it may be, then my guess would be Roberto Martinez which i feel would be their best option, however i would not be surprised to see their Board take the view of appointing a "fans favorite" choice after how badly wrong they had got it with Their own previous choices.
So i can see it being Wayne Rooney, but working closely with/under the influence of Duncan Ferguson the experienced head. |

They really are claiming a moral victory over us based on the stats, despite the score ending 1-1 and them scoring late on with a very jammy OG from Andersen. They conveniently forget that we are 6 months into our journey with Patrick whilst they are 2 and a half years in with Potter. I have no doubt we have better players than them and given time under Patrick we will prove that. Pretty sure Potter would pick our boys over there's in a heartbeat, Bissouma and Lampety aside. They also conveniently forgot that we battered them at Selhurst, maybe the stats weren't as one sided on paper as the AMEX game but we dominated them that night in reality, anyone watching knows that and if Ayew had of scored that sitter in the 2nd half we would have run out comfortable winners.

So they've opted for a reduced allocation of 5000 tickets for Spurs, because of the upfront financial commitment on all tickets.
To buy 9,000 tickets up front would have cost £82,500 more than the 5,700 the Albion took. Or what the weed paid Locadia every 12 days ![]() ![]()
