Good on Corbyn to not quit immediately and staying in charge for the period of reflection now needed and lead the discussions about the way forward.

What a deluded twat. He is the last person on earth who should be doing this. Just nip out the back door and disappear from the political arena is a far better thing to do for the Labour party.

Couldn't beat May couldn't beat Johnson. What a legacy.

Number 3 shouldn’t matter. The PM wrote a book full of anti semitism.

Oh yes, the PM is a horrible, horrible person. I have no idea why Tory racism is ok but Labour's isnt. Is it because we expect the to be?

But Labour really need to get this issue addressed and fixed.

Didn’t Starmer just lose Labour 50 seats in the north? Seems a counter intuitive choice.

And get rid of Jon Lansman who was in denial last night and horribly defensive when Ed Balls and Alan Johnson called him out.

I think TBF, Corbyn did better than expected against May, as she called the 2017 election, fully expecting to wipe out Labour. Well it's happened this time and in some ways the 2017 result, was the worst thing that could have happened, for Labour, because the party (especially those loonies, Momentum) actually thought Corbyn was quite popular !!
My Mother is 87, has always voted Labour but she has always said Corbyn is terrible (I her words ' A silly old fool!')

It is embarrassing listening to various Labour peeps trying to defend Corbyn and downplaying his influence on this appalling election result. Brexit, The Daily Mail anti-Semitism accusations has taken away from people listening to the policies etc etc etc etc 😔

Oh really, haven’t we had enough of this puerile whataboutery?

I’m never going to vote Tory so I really don’t care what they are alleged to have done. But I am a natural Labour voter, so these concerns about anti-Semitism really matter to me.

I understand that and noble enough.

I don't understand that it doesn't bother you that the rules are different for the current PM. The playing field should be level.

Depressing that female MPs are still primarily judged by their looks rather than skills.
