Tottenham (a) Wednesday 3rd April 7:45pm - sold out

So at least it looks like we’ll get to visit the new spurs stadium.

Might not be the weekend of 16th March either, as that is FA Cup 6th Round weekend

They’ll have to hold practice events first to prove they can cope with the crowds, so don’t expect Prem matches to be held there until they’ve held matches with smaller attendances.

I think they had some sort of test event for 6000 season ticket holders in the last day or so.

I'd like to go. I am not a wembley hater but it would be nice.

Safe standing in the away end. Should be fun. The stadium is jaw droppingly incredible.

Yep, 6000 of them had a nosey around inside the ground at the weekend and found the rail seats very much to their liking

Once they've lost Pochettino to the w*nkers (and subsequently their best players) anything could happen.

Test events would have to pass certain criteria of 25%, 50% and 100% capacity.

That's interesting.. Do they really have to perform a test with a full capacity? That sounds tricky how do you get that many people to turn up to a test event?

From what I remember from Wembley, I don't think you need to actually fill the entire stadium as such. Each of the minimum 3 even must be of increasing size and the final one must have all zones open and available to use. There would be issues if only 5k turned up however, and the licence folk wouldn't take kindly to it.

They would fill whatever they need to for test events - just start off with a ladies game at 25%, then maybe the U23s at 50% etc

More than enough people would want to say 'they were there' or were one of the first to visit the place

Spurs fans at work are saying there is talk of Spurs veterans/legends type matches.

Isn't Northumberland Station just an urban myth? Never seen it open, not convinced it's actual a train station.

Use it for every Palace match at Spurs. Easily the best station for getting away afterwards. The organisation puts Selhurst and Norwwod Junction to shame.

It's definitely one of those where you have to think about your route if you don't like queueing outside a station in the rain.

I have tended to walk to lordship lane and jump on a bus to tunpike lane station.
