Way too comfortable he has absolutely no competition for his place and he knows it, so can be as shockingly bad as he likes as he knows he will play the next game nonetheless

As mentioned elsewhere, he is a weak defender in a flat back 4 which is what we have played all season.

PVA by no means blameless in that team yesterday but your observations are spot on. Centre halves were both shite most of the game. No commitment. Schlupp far too slow in possession and can't read the dangers when defending. All in all, that wasn't a team playing for eachother yesterday.

Appeared to not want the ball in the first half yesterday and immediately looked to offload it backwards to the annoyance of Dann. Looks disinterested or shot of confidence.

I’d be looking at bringing in either Charlie Taylor of Burnley or Joe Bryan of Fulham. Both would be much more solid defensively and you would be looking at less than £10m for either of them. Both are 25.

Less than 10 million for each? What on earth is that based on? I’d imagine at least 20 for Taylor, Burnley have no reason to sell to us, and maybe 15 for Bryan. Championship club, but he’s young and has been one of the only bright spots of Fulhams season.

Needs to be dropped. He has been a passenger for weeks. He gets given the ball and either looses it or passes it backwards. His defending was abysmal and he should have at least put a challenge in for their goal.

I’ve probably been his biggest fan but there is something not right with him at the moment.
