Croydon laptop repair

I've managed to break the charging port on my laptop, it appears to have became lose inside the plastic casing and now the charger will not plug in.

Can anyone recommend a premises in Central Croydon where one can get this fixed? Ideally same day service if possible?

I've had a look on google but would prefer recommendations as opposed to going to a random .

Thanks in advance

What make is it? The Toshiba Satellites have a problem with shitty PSU port mountings.

I just took mine apart and superglued it back in place.

It's a Toshiba yep, been quoted 50 by one of the shops off of st George walk. Seems expensive for basically someone soldering a couple of cables and what not?

Only other option is to head towards west Croydon / broad green and go to one of those hooky newsagents which sell the sim cards and effectively fund Tamil gang crime plus having to pay WMT on top

There's a shop next to the Sainsburys local at Suffolk House who fix PCs. Cannot remember their name but they did mine a couple of months back - very pleased. Same day service and wasn't too expensive.

Its probably come if its crappy plastic mounting and slipped back in to the case. Not that tricky to do yourself.

actually ignore that - thats for socket replacement, but the principle is the same- you just need to superglue it back down to the base of the chassis
