Okay so healthcare, do you want to cut law enforcement or defence.

I was referring to the fact that you canít be bothered to read somebodyís deeply personal experience of the effect of austerity on his own brother.

If you did read it Iím confident that you still wouldnít change what passes for your mind, but that you would at least have a greater understanding.

Still, not to worry, we all know what you are. You concentrate on Jo Swinsonís tits.

I don't think that's down to any political party.

More down to us as the human race really.

Well it's clearly stated in the wording "no difference to the average"

However "But if we take only the 6 polls carried out from 2 Dec, Con up 1 to 44%, 11-point lead"

I'd look at transport and the rail subsidy to private.comanies, and an increase in NO or income tax over 40k.

In an ideal world maybe.legalisation of weed and tax revenue generated on that Is spend on mental health.

Overall there is no subsidy to private rail, net they pay the exchequer. Network rail are government owned, they get subsidy but to be fair you have to look at that in a similar way to road maintence costs.

That doesn't answer my query, and that could mean that there is "no difference" to the don't know level average too. Don't knows often don't make up their mind until the last minute.

The Guardian report in an earlier posts talks about the effect of tactical voting. These polls do not predict this factor which will feature strongly in the vote next Thursday, and has had far more public encouragement than in 2017 when May was 13% plus ahead at this same period.

What is that average don't know level?

You don't have to cut any of them (or can at least make fewer cuts) if you look to increase tax receipts instead. Personally, I'm quite happy to pay a bit more tax to help fund some of these services, as should anybody able to afford to. Certainly better services to address some of the things that Richdeniro and others have commented on is more important to me than having a bit more money in my pocket, as I would hope it is to all of us (including you)

I have no problem in paying say an additional 1p for Healthcare, 1p for education and 1p for police but what scares me is that it wonít be used like that if they give and extra 1p to Healthcare they may then cut what it was given before or funds that were to be heading that way. I also donít trust the politicians to do what they say.

Surely though there is nothing stopping you, or anyone else voluntarily giving to you local hospital. Our local hospital has an x-ray unit that was funded and the running costs all paid for by donations. You donít need to be forced to give more money to your health services, yet most people who say that they are happy to pay more taxes for the health service probably donít make these donations.

Agreed

But it NEVER seems to get any better under any govt.

I donít mind paying some extra tax but I want to see services improve as well
