If he signs we must not let Lundstram take FKs. They have been awful.

I can't quite believe Palace only have 2 games between 13th Mar and 26th of April, that is quite an extraordinary break in the middle of the season. 2 games in 6 weeks, our players are going to need a pre season.

Lille beating PSG away with 10 minutes to go. That would put them 3 points ahead at the top with 7 games to go. A new Ligue Un winner would be nice, allez Les Dogues!

He's pathetic! Lyon would probably have preferred a draw. Monaco won 4:0 v Metz earlier on this afternoon.
Lyon will have to beat 5th placed Lens tonight to stay in touch!

Just watching Leicester vs Man City is there a logical reason why the opponents should have 26-36% possession on average. Leicester just went 5 minutes without touching the ball, better players, is it Pep? Leicester are a good side.

Much better players, and the best possession coach on the planet.

Leicester have a seriously talented squad of course, but they’re still punching above their weight in being 3rd.

I know I answered my own question, just seems strange for an 11 a side game to not touch the ball for 5 minutes!

Not sure why, but the empty stadium in this Leicester match is more noticeable than ever. Without covid, I don’t think people would’ve ever appreciate what a crowd brings to a football match.

I donít think itís such a complicated answer is it? Itís not that Man City do something unique and radical other than have better players well organised to win the ball back quickly and then retain the ball while looking to open up a defence. So they have it longer. This relies on their quality, work rate and organisation and they are really, really good at it. The speed at which they win the ball back is key and if not they foul to stop play. They donít have any players that go through the motions or take a breather because Pep wonít pick them. Itís why calls for our flair players not to work or have to defend drives me up the wall tbh. If they all put the same defensive and offensive shifts in we would be a better team. But attitudinally and physically we fall short and quality wise we are in a different Galaxy.

Leicester are just keeping it tight and waiting for the chance and they were close to pulling it off but Vardy was just offside.

I know I'll sound like a broken record but I cannot believe home sides would be so passive this season if supporters were in the stadiums with 90% of them supporting/b*ll*cking the home side
