I'll do a silverside roast tomorrow (on a low heat for the cheaper cuts of meat to keep them tender) to give me sandwiches for the rest of the week. As for lunch I'll do a traditional Aussie stir-fry

We are taking a short trip outside to wine country. There we will have a nice plate of fine meats with a few veggies added for dressing purposes only.
