It goes to the club. Who else should get it? The season ticket holder who would get more than he paid? The buyer so he can get a ticket cheaper on Twickets than one he can buy directly from the club?

Personally, as someone who can get it tomorrow only a few matches a year, I have found Twickets service to be very useful.

I think there's a very strong argument for some of that to go to the ST holder - it should be used to absorb the fee of £4 to buyer and seller.

The club already benefits in multiple ways from ST holders, then has the additional benefit of cash from a ticket already sold whilst collecting match day revenue which would not otherwise have been provided.

The resale component is an excellent addition to the ticketing system, and I'm sure many such as yourself have benefitted from it. But I'd personally like it to be more equitable to all parties.

Also, it would be great if it could integrate into the main ticketing page, either mapped directly to the choose seat function, or at the very least, mentioned on ticketing page. I'm not sure people even know Twickets exists as an option - it doesn't seem to be actively promoted.

Everton for example has 4 individual, restricted view seats left in the whole ground. Yet there are hundreds on Twickets.

Sold my tickets for Bournemouth using Twickets .... The club sends paper tickets out so that's adds costs for Palace .. I'm out of the country so it works well I think.

You'd think the £4 fee could be built in though so they were sold at face value though!

Yeah, just had another look on there reference tomorrow, absolutely loads of tickets for sale, Holmesdale and Arfur, they ain't gonna sell so lots of empty seats, shame, but considering it's just Everton (hardly Barcelona ) and risking our wonky home form, £49 just isn't worth the risk, it's only worth half that max for the average day punter.

^this!!

I think they would all sell out, even with a £4 mark-up, via the main site

So glad I only paid half that to see what was dished up today, £49 would have been ridiculous, love Palace, but the ticket prices have sadly crossed the line for me now and I wouldn't ever consider buying on Twickets as I think the additional fee is even more insulting, hence the load of unsold tickets on there for today's game.

I started a thread on here to shift mine today, as I always do. £50 for two adult tickets. I'm up £2 on Twickets, the buyer (who happened to be a first time visitor of a Palace friend and despite the score today, had a hoot, saves a packet), and Palace get to sell the beers I would have bought to someone in my stead.

Parity, equity, filled seats.

This - 100%. I'm a season ticket holder and recently my eldest has started to want to come to games. She has two mates that want to come too (it's a day out for all of them) plus their dad. Only been able to find 5 tickets together for two games this season on the official site.

Is this correct? I'm not sure it is. As I understand it, Twickets is a separate company to CPFC and owned partly, or fully, by Steve Parish.

Does the profit made on ticket sales go to CPFC or Steve Parish?

I like the system. Sold about 5 this season (when we’ve been a TV game and it’s been odd times). Ticket has always sold in less than 48 hours
