This is what happens when people treat an election as if we're having another referendum.

This is why I'm voting in Spain, not the UK. I want to elect someone who's planning to get some work done in a hugely important Parliament.

Nahh this is what happens when tribalistic zombies support the main parties unconditionally excusing everything that they do knowing they are completely and absolutely useless... People have had enough, they feel they are not being represented by those who they vote for.

Tory or Labour can go on spouting their idealistic bullshit that most don't want calling each other all kinds of names, blaming each other but when it comes down to it this is how men like Farage win power when ordinally they would have not have a chance in hell.

Strangely this election is about Brexit and nothing else not that what happens in the EU parliament has any effect on it.

I'm rather disappointed to see that the "Monster Ravings Loony Party" have no candidates in this election. They seem rather more sensible than the other main offerings.

Apparently they have been put off by the £5K deposit.

Brexit means Brexit.

What the details are or how you tackle any of the complex issues are the sort of irrelevant shit an expert would worry about.

Tbf we know what Brexit Party MEPs would do. Farage’s record as an MEP speaks for itself.

His record reminds me of the MP in Blackadder the Third. Sir Talbot Buxomly, who only attended Parliament once, during which time he passed water in the Great Hall, and then passed out in the Speaker's Chair.

Tbf, Tories, liberals and TIGs aren't clear about manifestoes either at the moment. Labour is the only one coming up with policies and sadly that includes seizing assets that would damage those in defined contribution pensions schemes.

These are European elections, not domestic.

The Labour manifesto seems rather confused. On one hand a celebration of the achievements of Labour in the EU and EU wide initiatives whilst wanting to leave, on the other talk of domestic policy (e.g recruit 10k extra police)

Well at the moment they are only likely to be MEPs for a few months.
