Luke Dreher
Terrible news for the young man, out for 9 months with suspected ACL damage
@mattwoosie Very disappointing news - #CPFC midfielder Luke Dreher is set to miss the entire season through injury. Fears he has torn his ACL. |

Poor sod - his career really is in danger of being destroyed by injuries.

Oh shit, feel sorry for him, on the verge of breaking into the 1st team then this happens. Wish him a speedy recovery.

Poor sod.
Twice now he has had major injury issues at the point of breaking into the first team scene. |

Oh no. That's mostly his career down the drain after the injuries he's had.

Terrible news. Feel for the lad after just getting over his last injury. Seemed like the brightest hope in the academy at the moment too. Wish him all the best for the recovery.

Is his contract up next summer? Hopefully we don't give up on him. Especially with an aging midfield.

Like half the BBS did with Glenn and Connor ... Don't hold your breath!
Fingers crossed for the Kid but it's two years recovery really. |

That's alot of development time he will not have had because he physically hasn't been able. Fingers crossed for him, but that's gonna take massive amounts of hard work to come back and reach the same heights previously envisioned for him.

Lets hope Luke is afforded a bit more sympathy than Connor got. It's a tough one to come back from mentally and physically but he seems like the sort who is prepared to work hard and claw his way back. Good luck to the lad.

Huge bad luck for him, hopefully he will make a full and healthy recovery. Luckily it is usual not as career threatening as it was in years gone by. Thought this could be his breakthrough season, but hopefully he will be ready to go next year when he will still be only 21.
