"Palace fans" who would prefer Brighton to stay up over us finishing a place lower are weird.

Yep

4 wins at home all season with two more home games that will see us sit back and wait for a counter attack against the mighty Everton and Bournemouth, sorry but Brighton getting relegated would finish the season on some sort of high.

People arguing that 2m lost due to a dropped place for Palace need to consider the effect of Brighton's playing assets being made available and the effect that will have on the cost of new Palace signings.

Also, they way Cardiff are, and how well they neutralised us at Selhurst that they're likely to win on merit.

This is a good point. Brighton have far more players that teams will be after - Dunk (as much as it pains me to say0, the LB Bernardo looks good, Keeper Ryan, Murray, Gross, Propper and Bissouma. Should they go, Solly March would interest me and think he would do well at Palace

If we lose and they go clear of Brighton,

A. I will ******* love it
B. I don't expect to buy a drink all night long in Cardiff

Cardiff have some seriously horrid fans. You should have gone there for an away match in the 70s.

Remember it well, is it the night game at Ninian Park you are referring to when our coaches were being stoned in their car park when leaving. Think we won 1-2 if memory serves me right?
