I have an Ibanez fuzz/wau, which I bought for buttons in the mid-70s. I was surprised when I checked out how much they go for now. Next target is an original Burns Buzzaround, which isn't cheap.

I love my Boss SP1 spectrum.

Bought it in the late 70s and now is the most sought-after Boss pedal, apparently.

Some of you may remember some time back I posted a simple picture of my daughter watching the buses at a local depot. This morning I said what do you fancy doing, and she replied "choo choo".
We've just spent the last hour watching trains arrive/depart and she has loved it. After having a herniated disc and struggling mobility wise in the last month it really is the simple things that are the best.

Unsurprisingly, I never owned a Leslie, but this has to be the best pedal I ever bought. Stunning emulation.

Good work.

My daughter has just turned 13. It's half term so she wants to bake. She's good at baking, so everyone is happy

What you need is a set of Taurus bass pedals.

Why future? She’d already do better than the planks we have at the moment.

Something I learnt latter in life. Sometimes it's the simple things the kids enjoy remember. Example we use to take the kids away on holiday always ensured had entertainment on the holiday park. One year we did a farmhouse in France no entertainment no electricity one night. It was basic but different. Ask the kids now they all say the farmhouse was the best holiday.
Like you transport the kids loved going to Luton airport with a packed lunch and watch the planes take off and land. You could park near the runway in those days.

I go for a long walk on Saturday morning. I bring an apple with me to feed a horse I pass. I find it makes me happy to meet this horse. He knows I have an apple and begins his walk to meet me from a long way off.
