It seems like we've shown real interest in each window. The club have also shown they dont value Glenn Murray as highly as some fans would like.
Daily mail just released an article about him wanting to stay in london...

Dont be suprised if murray goes to bournemouth and adebayor arrives on deadline day.

I'm hoping we use the Gayle money (sure he'll leave to go somewhere if not Bristol City) to buy a CB and replace Gayle with a loan.

We do have strikers but we will be relying on Wickham who hasn't the best goalscoring record but definitely has potential. Bamford who hasn't played in the Premier League. Murray who didn't hit the ground running but did well at the end of last season, my only worry is can he replicate that given he had a decent loan at Reading and came back with something to prove to the club. I think that may have spurred him on somewhat and he had the confidence.

Campbell works hard but not clinical enough and he seem to get injured a lot these days.Chamakh is class but he doesn't play the striker role and his injuries are a concern.

The club may or may not want a proven option.

Reckon the Gayle money will help to pay for the Bamford loan and the Wickham signing, can't see us lashing any more cash until January unless we have a fair bit of movement out. Going to be an interesting transfer deadline day after all

Sorry was editing my post.

Transfer deadline days always brings some business for us...wonder if this year will be any different.

I don't see how Parish would go from becoming a very sentimental perma tanned satsuma by bringing lots the old guard back to the club behind the scenes and then become the type of st tropez guy that would get rid of the club favourite in Murray.... regardless or not if he gets replaced with this lanky lazy wanker!

Lazy? No, he is not that active. Wouldn't touch him with a barge pole. He would be a disruptive influence on the dressing room. He is a legend in his own mind. Stay well clear.

Would worry that in adebayor we might be getting kebe mk2, on even bigger wages. Don't think it would be a great deal for us, but very good for Spurs, unless we can factory reset Adebayor in some way.

For all his issues, which is why many are reluctant to go after him, he is a genuinely talented footballer at the top level. If that that could be harnessed then we could benefit from this. Kebe had a pedigree of a few good games at Reading.

I have been a big fan of Adebayor previously and suggested we get him at the start of last season, but now would be nonsensical and I doubt AP would have given this move a second thought. Where would he fit in? currently we struggle to fit in any One from Murray, Wickham or Bamford who surely would not have been allowed to join if he was simply to warm the bench, such a total waste. Even if Murray was to be sold and Adebayor was his replacement, what to warm the bench and probably on 75k p.w? I think not. He looks destined for West Ham

Thats the thing really. Adebayor would become the top earner at the club in all likelihood, with no guarantee of application, whilst we'd lose one of our lowest earners, yet most productive players. Would hope that we could give Bolasie a fair salary (still crazy money), and keep him instead. Convince him that we can compete with spurs very soon at this rate of progression.

No! Lazy, troublemaker, inflated wages.

On his day is 'unplayable' but that day is not very often. When will clubs learn?

No, no, no!
