McCarthy might be a good bet to play the next two games against the leagues two dirtiest sides.

Jimmy Mac, Townsend and Ayew all need rotating. I would replace Kouyate after 70 minutes too.

Hope Sakho can do 90 minutes

If Townsend is unfit I'd try that. Zaha is good on the right at home, and we need someone there even more with Kelly at right back! Fresh legs into midfield. Would bring on Schlupp from bench, and Camarasa. Benteke to get a game to freshen things up with 2 games in 4 days, but appreciate not everyone will see it like that.
Roy kept Zaha on the left (his preferred position) and played Schlupp on the right on Saturday. Both scored. Wouldn't be surprised to see that again.

Exactly. And they won't be expecting it. And I'd have him on the pens

You're right but for me Schlupp should be a sub for reasons discussed above by many posters. But yet again it highlights our deficiencies on the wing: we have 3 strikers (Ayew, Benteke and Wickham) for one position as the central striker, and yet we have Zaha (who wants away), Townsend and Schlupp (who also plays central midfield) for 2 positions - left wing and right wing. Only Townsend wants to play on the right wing.

We might want a better striker, but we desperately need a winger. Probably two. In January!
