Vancouver for semi-final
Can anyone recommend a good child-friendly sports bar in Vancouver for the England semi-final 1100am on Wednesday?

There was me thinking Jordan Mutch had made the semi final MLS play-offs!

There are some choices here ... To view the link you have to Register or Login
Most out and out bars/sports bars will not allow kids so maybe a licensed restaurant type place will be the better option. I would call ahead to check. In addition to the places listed in the link there is also Commercial Drive. This is the city's "Latin quarter" and if Italy, Portugal or Brazil were still involved would be heaving with every coffee shop and restaurant showing the games. I guess it will be quite quiet over the next week.

Thanks Jonboy you are a star!
Someone else has recommended the sports bar at the Canuck's stadium which is close to where I am staying - do you reckon that would be a good shout? |

Message Les Butler, he'll be more than happy to pop over and be your tour guide.

The Shark Club? It's good, but I will be surprised if they allow minors.
