I like dark chocolate too. I’ll have a toblerone or a double decker if I want to pig out, but just one square of some good dark chocolate is so satisfying, a decent sized bar like a green and blacks can last me a long time.

I was going to say the long distant and missed Cabana bar, but not being judged by vanilla chocolate bar lovers on here

Totally agree, I go further and microwave frozen Mars Bars for 10-15 seconds so it's nice and squishy.

Whole nut or fruit and nut.

But really, most dark chocolate bars of around 70% cacao...

What about malteasers and minstrels ? Would you “fridge” those ?

I could probably just about put up with fridged minstrels.

Cadbury’s did a ‘Spira’ briefly that was really nice. It had tubular holes the whole length of it, must have been something about the air and chocolate mixing like how you are supposed the taste wine. Always felt a bit short changed by the reduced amount of chocolate you got though. Old Mars bars with the really thick chocolate on top were great and fulfilling.

Of what is available now Boost wins for me.

Drifters are so boring though...they do the job, though.

It’s like they were working on a new chocolate bar and just ran out of time

Yeah, I would. I wouldn't put a Toffee Crisp in the fridge but that might be the only thing....

Just had a bit of the green and blacks now. 70% is perfect, but I found the 85% too bitter for my taste.

They do a nice salted one as well and another salted caramel that's good. We've tried 70% with rum and raisin, licorice, and a gin one. All rank, but I like to live on the edge.
