So there you go - 3 times in just over a decade we swapped places. That's what I meant about us seeming to always be swapping places, and it being a good omen if they don't go up this season.
Brilliant never realised that. I always thought the same could be said for Brentford as we always seem to be missing them. That's what I tell me Brentford mate and why I'd love to see them go up, hopefully meaning we stay up and miss them again.

London, West One. I reckon the dividing line between Chelsea and QPR territory is around Kensington high street. Around where Biba used to be.

Anyway, enough of this.

There must be more to it than just pouring money down the drain.

Rich Asians seem to flock to the football world to live the dream, by losing money. There must be more to it. I'd like to see their Creditors that they use both in the football world and back in their normal business world. Asian Companies love to move money about between businesses. I worked for a Company once who had a 'large Malaysian based O&G Company' as a client who we billed. They paid, we then had to cancel the invoice in error - and had to reimburse the money to a different entity.

Great result tonight... a 3-0 loss to Sheff Wed. Goodbye automatic promotion - would make me laugh if they fell out of the play-offs too

Doubtful. But that only gives them a 25% chance of promotion. I will love it if they fail.

If you mean their second, massive bobble. I'd question why a defender plays the ball back. Annoys me when they do that, had plenty of time to use the ball himself.

Irish colleague sent me a link to Guardian article (I think) that says that last season the Hoopy twats had a higher wage bill than Athletico Madrid.

Bargain.

When they lose in the playoffs, which they will, interesting to see how Fernandez lightens that squad in the summer. Huge exodus on the cards, including Redknapp who will walk imo.

Walk? He should have been sacked after the last two seasons!

Hughes and Fernandez created that mess before he got there.

Apparently their squad had the 3rd most international caps in the PL. Yet still went down.

Interesting that Redknapp and Pulis must have taken over at similar times. One spent all season moaning about what an impossible job he had and the other just got on with it and kept his team up. I never cease to be amazed by how many people seem to rate Redknapp as he has to be be of the most overrated managers of all time.

I heard a QPR make the same comparison recently. IIRC the teams had the same points tally when both managers took their respective positions. QPR went down without a whimper with several games remaining.

I remember Redknapp touting himself for the job on MOTD before Mark Hughes had even been sacked, as if he was the only one who could save them. Such a poor manager.
