True.That’s about it though. My memory of BGS is that it was a temple of mediocrity. And an enclave of Charlton supporters. I was glad to leave in 1969.

The Wikipedia page for Bromley Grammar School (Ravensbourne) only list 4 famous ex-pupils of which one is a girl and one is Billy Idol... the other 2 are unknown to me.

Ravenswood's page has 9, and I've heard of 4 of them including Hanif Kureishi who I went to Primary with and walked to school with - he wouldn't give me the time of day now I'm sure.
