I think one of the issues was around a access to the stand as you only have that one entrance next to the main stand which would obviously restrict the size of stand allowed under safety. Maybe the access will improve with the new stand build.

Will any threat of relegation affect the club's thinking on the redevelopment or is it expected that they will take a long term view?
I'd like to think that as a competitive Championship side we would still often sell out.

Apparently the money for redevelopment is ring fenced and available regardless of on pitch performances
