Congratulations PFiA. The best team won and you will win the National Championship at a canter.
It's hard to complain after the winning streak we had, but that performance hurts. Getting beat is one thing, but not playing up to your capabilities is quite another. Oh well.......... It's Great To Be a Florida Gator! Roll on next September - John Brantley for the Heisman

I thought the Orange Bowl was set as ACC vs Big East? If that's the case, why does To view the link you have to Register or Login have Cincinnati going to the Sugar Bowl?
EDIT: Okay, apparently not a tie-in any more. Lucky for the Big East that they had at least one decent team this year, they're not better than the Mountain West IMHO.

Couple of good ones overnight it seems. Is ESPN America showing the ACC or Big XII title game later?
P.S. Pac 10 and Big 10, this is where you're going wrong. You need this weekend to have title games.

Now we have beaten those Gators, the so called experts are falling all over themselves to jump on the Texas bandwagon
We have just blown away (sorry BHiG ) Florida and Texas struggled to beat a rather poor Nebraska and they were given another chance, if there was something wrong with the game clock how comes these so called officials did not notice before the play |

Why would he go there? They'll take ages to rebuild, he'll always have the pick of a very good bunch in Florida.

It may surprise these self important cnuts to learn that other schools have been through this in the past. Do you think the Alabama players last year or the Florida players this year are looking forward to a trip to New Orleans? Do you think that USC are excited about their bowl game? Should we be surprised that people come out of South Bend with a sense of entitlement and zero work ethic? Touchdown Jesus my arse. Just a bunch of terrorist supporting hypocrites.

Nice for those seniors and leaving juniors to have one last game to look forward to though, eh?
Oh, wait there isn't. At least they'll be doing some city well by taking lots of fans there. Oh, wait, they won't. As Herbstreit said on College Gameday a few weeks ago, they haven't been relevant since 1993.

BYU in the Las Vegas Bowl again, always makes me laugh.
Quite like the look of Pitt vs UNC on Boxing Day. USC in the Emerald Bowl. (Sorry Jake Olsen - must admit that story about what USC did for him was very cool.) Stanford vs Nebraska... which will probably clash with some garbage soap on NYE. Another chance for Landry Jones to show goodwill to all men... in the opposition secondary I guess. Just after midnight UK time on NYE, Virginia Tech vs Tennessee in the Chick-fil-A, or as I like to call it, the fifth annual "We have a young child and no babysitter, and even worse Only An Excuse sucks now" bowl. I know they have to play a lot of Bowl games, and I think the Tampa area (with St. Pete and Clearwater) is beautiful, but at 11am start for the Outback Bowl on New Year's Day? Ouch. I always feel sorry for the teams in that game. And finally, the big one for PFiA... Troy vs Central Michigan in the GMAC Bowl on January 6th in Mobile, Alabama. Arguably lots of meaningless games. Of course I'll be watching as much as I can. Umpteen times better than anything Julie Andrews has ever done.

Loved that the Center went to the hospital to be with him for the operation. That's a guy who I hope has a very long and very successful career.
Unless he plays for Buffalo.

So, the BCS sets it up so none of the little guys can knock off a BCS conference team and upset the apple cart. The BS continues....
