Just watched all 6 episodes, written by the same guys who did the Inbetweeners.

Still trying to make my mind up tbh! Was ok, quite funny in places and i suspect close to the truth re some players! Didn't grab me in the same way that the Inbetweeners did though, but different concept.

Again late to the party but just finished watching Mackenzie Crooks ‘Detectorists’. Quality. Beautifully filmed and such a gentle, subtle, amusing and highly enjoyable series. Really loved it and sad that I’ve watched them all now.

Doing a Walking Dead rewatch, seasons 1 and 3 were so good, sad it got so awful. Will probably not bother with S4. Some Japanese dramas I've found on Netflix with English subtitles I'd recommend are Erased, Million Yen Women and Midnight Diner, they are only 20 minutes an episode (unwatchable when aired on TV due to frequency of ads) so easy to binge.

Right with you on that. Wouldn’t go as far as to call the later seasons awful, I’d actually argue season two is the worst of all, but one and three are definitely the highlights.

I have quite liked season 9 TBH.

More action and more zombies than previous, and a new kind of enemy...

I have waited about 18 months to watch this though.

I will search out Maz's recommendation Making of a Murderer and some of those Japanese dramas Skin Up mentioned.

Caught a couple of episodes of Crashing last night. Pretty good. Only one series.

I felt the same, was going to give up after the first epsode, but it did get a bit better. Not a patch on the Inbetweeners, but this is the BBC so they were probably stifled in what they could do.

Absolutely gripping throughout its six parts.
Fantastic, with a great soundtrack that sounded like it was from the 70s but actually used modern songs.

A similar, though not often mentioned Netflix documentary is ‘Murder Mountain’.

Morgan Spurlock’s ‘Rats’ is also worth a look, even/especially if you despise the rodent bastards

It surely isn't possible to get worse? I just finished the first episode, and it is the worst 'comedy' that I can remember. I didn't laugh once. I won't be wasting my time on the rest of it.
