Moved forward? The system we are playing has us around 8th\9th in table since Pulls took over. Are we really going to move any further forward than that?

You are probably right Billy, sadly he is one of those guys we tend to forget about as an option. But I must admit even though I am a fan, he has a lot more consistency to prove before being considered a regular, this is where his Ipswich spell and pre-season will help. I would love him to be the answer.

That is based on our current unbelievable form, surely unsustainable over the longer term next season with the current squad if we are realistic. You can bet that Tony Pulis knows that, and will aim to change his squad to meet the new challenge ahead.

You were the one making a point about KGs poor passing and scoring, something Jedi is equally as bad if not worse at. I like Dikgacoi, I hope to see him in our squad next season.

I agree. Although, it does not mean we have to change system imo.

Far more consistent than Jedi, three managers haven't favoured or tried to replace him for a reason.

The fact it wasn't Wilfried Zaha sums the player of the year award up

That's because Jedi was more consistent than Wilf (who had a bad patch in the middle of the season). To say KG is more consistent than Jedi is bonkers.

Yes but the difference with Jedi is that he breaks down play far more than KG and probably challenges for the ball far more than KG. On his day we have seen KG to be outstanding but we have also seen him be piss poor just as often. His inconsistency is his biggest downfall and has been since he has been at the club. This is most likely down to fitness and the previous ACON also didn't help.

I think we need someone in the middle with Jedi that will get forward more and hep create or score the goals we are lacking. We were always going to shut up shop this season but next season i think TP will play a bit more openly. It may even be that Ledley will be in there next to or just in front of Jedi.

Jedi has had way more bad games than KG this season fact! Even when KG isn't having the best of games he can still string a couple of passes together

More consistent? Must be a wind up

Jedinak has been consistently good for 2 seasons now, KG has a couple of good games then does nothing for a couple of months. If we want to push on in the Premier League we need to bring in someone much better.

This reminds me of the Murray v Easter or Watson v Soares arguments. I do wonder if we all watch different teams sometimes.

No, just some people must be pi**ed when they are watching (and I include our manager who preferred Easter and Andrew to Murray).
