I thought I'd double check before replying. My friend is adamant that all UK passengers on his flight were directed into the non-EU citizen queue at Porto. It was all done pleasantly but the officials at the airport were adamant (and obviously mistaken) about which queue UK citizens needed to be in.

I got into Rome last week in the EU queue, on the basis (apparently) that we are still in the EU until the end of the transition period (31.12.2020?).

That is correct. There are reports of customs and immigration officials at some airports thinking otherwise.

Watching the penny drop on Brexit supporters as they realise the reality of what they voted for is going to be so, so painful over the next few years.

We've had years of their ignorant moaning and we're in for many more years of it.

It seems hard to laugh when it is affecting us as much as them.

It reminds me of my divorce.

After the decree nisi, the ex-spouse 'Does this mean we are not seeing each other anymore?'. I mean, honestly.......

Haven't seen her for years thank God, but she must be a brexiteer.

UK you divorced, why do you think we want you in the EU anyway ??????

Brexiteers you can queue round the block night and day, better still stay at home..

As the Spanish foreign minister said, the UK ,is a 'pain in the arse'.
