Remember him playing at Southampton and there were some touches that made you think 'could he be a goal scoring winger for us', but his development seemed to stall. Good luck to him and hope he goes on to do something

Certainly had something about him but wasn’t getting near the side.

One of those players who might just click and suddenly the world will ask where the hell did he come from.

Good luck sullay

Not aimed at Kai Kai but the clear out at the moment is healthy. Obviously needs a few signings but we needed to create some space in both the squad and wage bill

Jach can't seem to get a game in a crap league. Another Dougie gem

Been told before that he's a thoroughly nice young lad. And was told by a Charlton fan when he was loan there that he struggled for confidence and wasn't able to assert himself. Going out on loan must be incredibly difficult for some players. Maybe he was too nice.

It's a negligible reduction to the wage bill so you would assume the coaching staff felt he could not impact the first team.

Wishing him all the luck in the world - hopefully his game is suited to Dutch football.

Because you need a big squad of players to train and compete. Sometimes it's worth rolling the dice on a player. Sticking with Sullay was low risk, high reward. It just didn't work out.

Rakip and Jach were cheap, short-term cover for injuries to Puncheon and Dann.

Kaikai went out on loan to Shrewsbury and did well, Brentford where he did OK and Charlton where he was dreadful.

Palace stupidly turned down decent money for him at one point, and now he's gone for free with a small sell-on - he was out of contract in the summer and wasn't going to be renewed.

Nothing he did out on loan suggested he was good enough for the Premier League. His ceiling is the Championship IMO.

Not everyone is good enough to play. Jach was absolutely terrible in the U23s.

From what I understand Harry Kane didn't pull up any trees when he was out on loan before being given a run in the team at Spurs.

He got 14 goals in 56 appearances predominantly in League 1 for Orient and Millwall.

Yeah, hope he does well. I grew up in Holland, nice country, will be a bit of a change from South London, could be good for him though, hope so.

And David Beckham at Preston.

What’s with the letting contracted players go on a free transfer
We can never seem to make any money from selling players

I dunno. Both first names end in Y and both surnames start with K. They're almost brothers.

Precisely it doesn't explain why we are signing guys that we then don't play or keeping guys on the books right through the academy until they are Twenty three without really playing them and then getting rid.

Weird

Ah the Harry Kane argument. Heard this many times before.

Weird
Because they're not good enough and nobody else wants them in the majority of cases. Not everyone is going to be Harry Kane.

Thing is, how many players that we release actually go on to play at a level equivalent to ours? The only one that comes to mind is Grabban and he’s had more clubs than Danny Rampling.
