Anyway there's a good article on the Guardian website which unpicks the issues behind the scenes. Interestingly the tone is that O'Neill only really has himself to blame having lost the respect of the players, but after reading it it seems some of the players need to knuckle down a bit. Our old friend Guardiola or whatever the **** his name was is mentioned in dispatches as one of the senior players who rebelled.

The point i was making is as a club Forest over the past several seasons have been in turmoil on and off the field for whatever reasons, and constant chopping and changing of managers never helps hence they have underachieved.
I also read there was internal player issues with O'Neill, but is that anything new these days with the prima donnas called players? see what happened to Jose at Both Chelsea and Man Utd when player decide to have a strop. Thankfully our own Roy has managed to keep together a happy squad even after those days when we were in turmoil when he first took over, shows how fortunate we are having him.
