sounds perfect. But that record/price/age, will surely attract bigger suitors than us. On the downside, his placement of shots seems quite predictable, opens up his body and side foots it right footed into the corner. Can you get away with that predictability in the premier league?

His penalties are poor!
At 28 and looking like he uses pace a lot then a big fee would be a gamble. |

I thought that - you wouldn't fancy him taking a penalty. Although not as bad as Benteke's whose penalty technique is the worst I've ever seen. Lucky Luka is very good at them.

Unfortunately the difficulty we have is whenever a decent Striker comes to the forefront like in the case of this guy Sala, there will be a queue of more attractive clubs for that player to choose from so our opportunities of signing him/them are very restricted, harsh but true.
Its now a nightmare scenario for Palace's management in finding upgrade striker's for what in effect are all FOUR of our underperforming strikers on the books, yes that is probably unrealistic to expect wholesome change, but our lack of goals could prove a costly alternative come May if we ignore the issues facing CPFC. |

None of these linked players will come off.
We all know what we'll end up with. Again. |

Stick an 'h' on the end of his name and we're golden.

The best player I’ve ever seen with that type of finish. Every other weekend he made a great run, Pires plays the ball through, Henry opens his body up and sidefoots it past the keeper.

It will either that or we sign Antonio for some ridiculous fee. I swear I read the other day that he was priced at £20m by West Ham. Whaaaaaaaatttttt......... FFS I can just see us paying it too.

Opens the door though for us asking Cardiff if they have any reserve reserve strikers on a loan move.
