With Wickham’s injury record we can’t rely on him.

His best days aren’t behind him at all , he’s maturing as a player and his link play is underrated imo.

7 in 37 not good enough. We've had enough of poor scoring records from strikers recently.

Texted my West Brom mate about this earlier and he said he'd be gutted if Rodriguez left. I said I felt a bit underwhelmed by the link, but he assures me he was great last season and mentioned the WBA fans had an affinity with him because everyone assumed he'd be off when they went down but he stuck around.
For what it's worth he reckons it'd be a good signing for us.

When was 7 in 37 playing as a striker?

Should go after rondon

Problem with Rondon he’s too slow for the way we play |

Who agrees he'd be better than Ayew?

Wasn’t this is a West Brom side notoriously boring and stodgy to watch? CR7 couldn’t score goals in that team |

agreed, him being offered a new contract was bizarre unless we are just protecting an asset

Rondon's fee will be 5 or 6 times the amount and his salary demands are likely to be far higher.
I'm not sure there is better value for us available this summer. |

A team which had Rondon as a lone striker and Rodriguez played wide as well if I recall.

Exactly that though how on Earth he’s an asset when regularly injured is beyond me.

Cabaye scored it, but Gayle had encroached upon the area and Clattenburg ordered a retake.
The crazy thing was that Gayle did it again on the retake, but wasn't penalised that time. |

I still think Gayle shoulda buried that chance late on in the cup final to take it to penalties. |

Bar the obvious game against Liverpool (which created the myth) Gayle was actually pretty awful coming off the bench. Barely ever scored as a sub and rarely made any impact unless he started games. |
