Sorted now thankfully. Had to add that selection to my basket then click 'Continue Shopping'. It then took me to the normal ticket page with my friends and family list. Had to delete the original reservation at checkout.

Weird.

We won't get any more blocks other than the ones currently on sale. Should be no problem getting two on Thursday but obviously I can't be certain of that.

Was really looking forward to this one but looks like the security restrictions have kiboshed my chances of going. Still it might be for the best the way we played last night...

Anyone know if they plan to announce further sales phases. Just short of the 4,500 for me....

F**ed off big time. Despite as a family having over 15,200 points and me personally having over the latest threshold, the club won't let me buy a ticket for my 17 year old son for this game. Well, they will, but they can only issue it in my name, even though I was able to specify a junior ticket at the time i bought it online this morning (because it's my son that would like to go). I know rules are rules, but honestly, he is 107 points short of the required 4,500, and I have well over that, but because of them only admitting those with ID and the same name as on the ticket, it's a no can do and they've refunded my money. I often wish for the old days when you could just make a decision to go, and go, not have to be seen as more loyal than other supporters with your ticket buying, or have pledged loyalty as a family over the years. All a bit shiot. really.

The best days were always the unplanned one's....wake up Saturday morning with DIY to do, but decide to drive to Bristol or Norwich or Derby and pay on the gate instead!! No chance these days.

It's more my son I feel for. i've been there done that (well not the Amex, but Brighton away). When I was his age Brighton away at the goldstone was a no brainer, not an "if you don't have a certain number of points, photo ID, your season ticket and inside leg measurement with you, you wont get in. He's just at an age where he's really keen to go to more away games but despite the fact I can buy a ticket for him, he won't be let in, because my name would be on it. Ridiculous.

Very annoying are you not able to re-book if it goes below the 4,500 points level?

Possibly, but the way i see it, if they haven't sold out the allocation by now, what difference does it make if someone in a family group who has over 4,500 points books a ticket as a surprise for their son (who has almost 4,500 points himself)? We're not trying to con or deceive anyone.

I guess a number of the others with 4000-4500 might feel that they would like the same chance to buy a ticket as your son?
