They (MK) have the same massive padded seats that they have at Arsenal.
If they just had normal size seats they could probably add a couple of thousand to the capacity

Watford have just relaid the turf on their Desso pitch.

Would be a total new build though, we are rebuilding the ground we have.

Bet MK would rather have some goals though at the moment. Listening to that monotonous boorishness of Chelsea fans who only have a decent team because of the lavish spending by a Russian billionaire. Anyway, modern facilities, yes please.

Yes indeed, but better than Potakabin Palace

Yes, that's me, although at least they have given this one two tiers so its a bit better than a that St Mary's/King Power crap.

I really hope that if we do God forbid get relegated that the ground re-development goes ahead.
This may be a now or never scenario. |

If we go down it probably makes moving people around during the rebuild easier. But we know it won't happen if we do

If I recall, Parish said he will only communicate with an update once we have planning permission approved. I thought he was discussing with both Sainsburys and the Council.

That doesn't really make sense because applying for planning permission includes making detailed plans public at that time. For example, local residents might want to object.
Maybe what he said/meant was that he'll say more when he's ready to apply for planning permission? |

having open dialogue with local residents can only help the planning process and for projects where there will likely be objections getting them onside early can greatly increase the chances of the application proceeding to a acceptable conclusion.
