Like the way that this is starting in the right way with candidates explaining to the party membership exactly why they should vote for them instead of Boris to get us out of the mess we are in;

Fair point but do you actually believe it will change anything at all about how our politics is conducted and how much the 'common touch' will actually translate into making a real difference for the 'common man'?

To me this referendum result has just endorsed, what our politicians have known for a while, that we are easily manipulated if the right sound bite is found.

Apparently Mrs Gove told her old man to make sure he will get a post before he throwing his support behind Boris so apparently no promise was forthcoming. The same Boris who incidentally has form in the homosexuality debate having been a supporter of section 28.
