I imagine if you transferred the missed games from last season to this season, rather than asking for a refund or other option, then you will be first in the queue for any games where fans are admitted.

It is inevitable that capacity at Selhurst Park is going to be massively reduced this coming season. With the severely restricted state of several stand concourses, 6k or 7k is quite a likely maximum figure.
With 18k season ticket holders last season, even if some of those fans were able to 'opt out' for a year, last season's season ticket holders would 'be lucky' to get to one in three home games IMO. And widespread reports say no away matches either. Whilst Brighton sold tickets to their friendly based on highest loyalty points, most clubs at our level are putting in place a renewal arrangement that involves some sort of ballot system to access tickets. I would expect to hear news this week as to how supporters can become eligible to participate in the ticket allocation process. |

In terms of when we'll hear, I'm not sure about this week. Surely they can't say much until they know what the restrictions will be and therefore how many will be able to attend.

Would have thought fairest thing is to allow the ST holders to attend say 1 in 3 games and the ballot determines which games they get? Cant be that difficult to work so everyone gets a mix of different category games

West Ham and Southampton took the decision to flog as many season ticket renewals as possible already, and fans get 1/19th refunded for each game they cannot attend (in West Ham's case, within 28 days). We've already seen what an effort it is for Palace to process thousands of refunds, imagine if they have to do this (lets say 14 times each) for 18,000 fans. Leicester City ( To view the link you have to Register or Login ) are saying that matches they cannot give you this coming season will be credits off the price of a 2021/22 season (ie the season after) Watford (albeit no longer Premier League) ![]() |

Selling on a game-by-game basis at a reduced rate to season ticket holders with the most points seems the most logical approach to me.
Just hold all season ticket seats 'til 21/22 and let people buy where they want in the meantime.

Seat allocation will be interesting , will be the opportunity to watch the game from a different stand like it or not...I might get back to my spiritual home of Block R in the AW

I'd sit on the roof or the floodlight if it meant I could go back to games again.

I can’t see the logic for selling season tickets and then sorting out thousands of refunds for every home game. Maybe half season tickets if restrictions are eased by January.
I would just ask all season ticket holders from last year whether they want to opt in to a ballot for this year (some may not for health or geographical reasons) and then allocate them a set number of games depending on capacity. Perhaps a set number of Category A games, a set number of Category B games etc. Also remove loyalty points for this year. I also think that there shouldn’t be any away fans this season (for any club) to give as many home fans as possible the chance to go. |

I've logged in online and I am able to renew my ticket for next season.
£443 for the LH so there must be reduced games. EDIT: I've not fully clicked through and completed the renewal process. I'll wait until officially announced

Interestingly there's an option on the drop down to "Save my seat" with £200 being billed instead of £443. Think we should all wait for the official confirmation from the club first. Potentially will be today according to Sandown
