I think there's a clue in the shared epithet.

And they also do the bidding of Evgeny Lebedev the Russian with more money than sense.

Lebedev has a pet wolf called Boris ....

Labour appears too interested with its internal in-fighting and accusations of anti-semitism to be bothered about trying to govern.

Osborne wants the IMF gig does he not, to help pay for his divorce? He would need to be nominated by Johnson I think.

Yes, the Tory party has proved a much better opposition to the Tory government than the leader of the opposition

Not really a shock given the leader of the opposition has to deal with people in his own party who would rather have Boris Johnson as PM.

The Standard has always been a Boris propaganda rag.

If he can't even bring the people in his own party with him, he's not a leader.

I assume this was created for Trump, but it works pretty well for Boris as well

Of course Boris is not his first name, it's Alexander. Full name Alexander Boris de Pfefel Johnson

Likewise George Osborne's real name is Gideon not George. His mother didn't give birth in Australia either

I’m not sure that’s true but it would seem pretty clear that a number of MPs of the Tory and Labour Party would rather neither of Johnson or Corbyn became Prime Minister.

Which is a view probably shared by a majority of the population. Now I fully appreciate we do not elect a Prime Minister, and we have no separation from executive and legislative, but I find it hard to believe that if you took all the leaders of all the major national parties and put them up against each other that that Corbyn or Johnson would win, let alone ever be the condorcet candidate from that population.

I'd certainly believe there are Tories that dont want Boris to be PM and Labour MPs that dont want Corbyn to be PM. I'm struggling to think of Labour MPs who want Boris to be PM though

The type of MP who welcomes disaster if they think the Tories will lose votes as a result?
