Whilst I get where you are coming from, and in all honesty haven’t even worked out where I stand on the issue, the clear difference is that one (milkshake man) was entirely unprovoked. The Field one was, albeit clearly very heavy handed, potentially a defensive move and wasn’t entirely unprovoked.
