I'd be tempted by Hasenhuttl. Probably refreshed now after his break after Saints, punched above his weight for ages with a side that spent little until the last summer there, would add some kind of structure to us in possession, had an identity on the pitch (which we don't)

Unfortunately dych would have been good fit at a club like palace with low spending budget but that ship has sailed not got the players to have a pep arteta etc as pv has found out .not even sure we have got players like pulis did Jedi Delaney Dann Ledley etc to grind our way out of trouble you never know what your get out of a eze edouard Mitchell etc .

I’d quite fancy a team that has some idea how to create chances and shoot on target, because this one has none

The fan base just wants a manager who learns from his mistakes and is capable of inspiring this very decent squad, to an occasional win.

The two obvious choices for anyone in the bottom half are Hasenhuttl and Benitez. Completely different styles but both can work with pretty much anything.

Unfortunately not but they'd beat us if we played them tomorrow I think. They take lots of shots and enough of them eventually go in even if the quality of those chances isn't massive. Good side to watch, Burnley

I’d honestly rather McCarthy, Derry & Powell be in charge till the end of the season. They can’t be any worse than what Vieira has shown for 3-4 months now. It’s unacceptable with some of the players he’s got. Don’t get it twisted, Palace have some good players. They are not being coached properly!

Kompany is a good shout. Always liked Marco Silva. Graham Potter if and when he gets sacked. Brendan Rodgers same bracket as Potter. Marcelo Bielsa could be interesting.

Obviously none of those managers would join us right now though so it’s pointless chat

In order of replacements please. I hope we can get Cooper when Forest are relegated next season, if Vieira hasn’t turned it around. He obviously deserves backing before jettisoning.
