Yes, saw one tweet from an Everton fan that if they are docked 12 pts for one breach then City should be docked circa 1380 pts for 115 charges if proved.

Fail to see how Everton's accounts for that year were originally accepted when they attributed c £170m to COVID losses when no other clubs declared anything like the same.

12 points would be well deserved and if so they may get follow up compensation claims from the relegated teams in the last 2 seasons to boot.

I think 40 points might do it. I think the three promoted teams will struggle to get 25 points.

On current points per game they will reach 30 points at the end of the season. Knock off 12 points and they are dead and buried.

and it is also far from "likely" they will lose 12 points. It's likely they will either get off with a lot less, or wriggle out of it altogether. But I do think 12 points would send them down, does anyone seriously think they are 12 points better than the bottom 3
