Seriously what is going on with the box office this season? Has it been this bad for a while? Seems shambolic and in need of an overhaul does anyone have any info on why things are so badly run?

Is this delay in selling away tickets solely down to the Palace box office or is some of the problem with the home club? I genuinely don't know. But it's really poor how late tickets for away games go on sale.

The home clubs can't be blamed. It's been noted that other clubs have tickets on sale much earlier for the same away games. I don't know their exact reasons but it seems that our box office like to be dealing with as few things at one time as possible and do things in whatever way is most convenient for them rather than for the supporters.

One small positive is they have stopped putting things on at 5.29pm as they leg it out the door.

Sales Information:

All tickets for this fixture will be via Digital Download. Supporters will have to download tickets to their Apple or Google Wallets to enter the stadium, which is the same system as Selhurst Park. Tickets will be emailed to the individual supporter named on each ticket no later than Wednesday, 29th November.

SALES PHASES:
  • Wednesday, 15th November: Members and Season Ticket Holders with 8,000+ Loyalty Points
  • Thursday, 16th November: Members and Season Ticket Holders with 5,000+ Loyalty Points
  • Friday, 17th November: Members and Season Ticket Holders with 3,000+ Loyalty Points
  • Friday, 17th November - 17:30 online only, then Saturday, 18th November 09:00 via all other methods: Season Ticket+ Holders (no Loyalty Points requirements)
  • Monday, 20th November: Members and Season Ticket Holders (no Loyalty Points requirements)
  • Tuesday, 21st November: Members and Season Ticket holders can purchase two tickets per client reference number, i.e. an additional ticket, or two if they haven't bought already.

PRICES:
  • Adult: £30.00
  • Senior (67+): £25.00
  • Under-21s: £25.00
  • Under-18s: £25.00
  • Disabled Supporters: £25.00

COACH TRAVEL:

We have one supporters' coach running for this fixture, travelling from Selhurst Park.

Tickets will cost £25 per seat with a departure time of 10:45 GMT.

Same turnstiles and concourse for both tiers but in my experience they are quite hot on checking that you have a valid ticket as you enter the lower tier from the concourse.

Each to their own, but I've sat in both and much preferred the lower tier.

Atmosphere might be better in the upper as it's closer to the roof, but you'd wanna try and get tickets nearer the front!

Haven't been since it was the olympic stadium, but the common complaint is that the tiering is very shallow, so you are very far from the pitch. This is compounded by the running track around the outside of the pitch which makes you even further away.
