What are the current ground options?
I have lost track of where the ground relocation/development plans have got to?
Is the idea of building a new stadium in Crystal Place Park to replace the athletics facility still alive.? If I remember right this had the benefits of minimal infrastructure cost as the transport services in place for bus and rail are very good and the design options to build say a 25,000 seater with additional bolt ons for extra capacity later are well established. I still have a vague memory ( I think ) of seeing Palace play Swindon there in a pre season game the summer after Swindon played Arsenal in the League Cup final.

In brief, we are 90% certain to redevelop Selhurst Park. Negotiations are taking place with Sainsburys, Croydon Council and potential retail and hotel partners but are at a "delicate stage" according to Steve Parash. Should know more in a few months. Plan to build within 5 years. One stand at a time.
Looks like a hotel with conference facility with a few shops/cafe/restaurant and underground car parking for Sainsburys. Maybe Holmsedale will stay.
